Over the past 6+ years the MySoil team has used DIY PDDG for new lawns, overseeding, and every seeding project in between. Portfolio Perennial Ryegrass: Portfolio shows fast establishiment and excellent seedling vigor. Portolio is rated #1 in gray leaf spot tolerence. Some additional attributes include, dark green genetic color, fine leaf texture, and excellent year-round density to crow out weeds.
Top Gun II Perennial Ryegrass: Top Gun II shows Excellent wear tolerance under high traffic, good winter performance, Dark genetic color and Great density during the fall and winter months while providing excellent color and leaf texture. Top Gun II has also shown good resistance to pythium blight and brown patch.
Parkside Perennial Ryegrass: Parkside shows excellent spring green-up and exhibits quick establishment. Parkside shows great resistance to gray leaf spot. Some additional attributes include, dark green genetic color, fine leaf texture, and excellent traffic tolerance and great density.
Barrister Kentucky Bluegrass: Barrister exhibits exceptional close mowing tolerance and very good heat tolerance. It performs well from the transition zone to alpine climates. Barrister also provides excellent dark green color, fine texture and great density. Barrister is a top rated compact NTEP evaluated variety.
